A b2b service for rechargeable batteries, which focused on user experience and systems design.
I participated in the customer experience design representing the financial strategy; subscription model, client acquisition timing, inventory strategies, prototyping and come to market strategies of our over all brand and product experience. The primary challenge and consideration of our experience development was to balance the stakeholder expectations of the product.
End result was an angel investment ready business plan and prototype ready system design.
